How Does the Tour Work?
Our fly through/walk through tours are uploaded to a host site and you are provided with an access link to your tour. Regular 3d rendered flythroughs are animated according to a set sequence. However you have much more control over a virtual reality tour, where you can use a mouse to control the tour, turning left & right, forward and back, or any which way you choose. Alternatively you can also use a Virtual Reality head set and fully feel the experience of being inside the room or standing outside the property!
Why Would You Want to Have a Virtual Reality Tour?
In the past, people could only dream of taking a tour through the project they were working on. They had to do their best to create scale models and look through the tiny windows and doors and imagine how it would feel to be inside. It sounds strange, but it’s true! The technology that we have today hasn’t always been around.
We are lucky to be able to utilize virtual reality technology to put you inside the project you are working on so you can see it in as much detail as possible. You can feel what someone would feel when they step into the physical building for the first time. You can imagine what they’d do there and how they’d use the space. It’s truly remarkable.
If you want to really dive into your design and analyze it fully, simply looking at a picture of the outside or the inside just won’t cut it. You need to be able to see how someone would move around in the space, how furniture would be laid out, and more. That means being able to analyze the view from your skyscraper apartment, seeing if your hallway measurements are wide enough, and really honing into the detail of the space that makes it a real property that people will live and work in.
This technology is pretty new and pretty neat and Render3DQuick is one of the first companies to offer this service. Ask us more about Virtual Reality Fly Through/Walk Through Tours by calling 1-877-350-3490, emailing Alexx@Render3DQuick.com, or sending us a quote request using the button below.
