3D Architectural Visualizations and Renderings for Charities, Non-Profits and Social Enterprises
One thing that we really like about the work we do is that it can make such a big difference in people’s lives. We don’t just make beautiful architectural visualizations. The work we do helps people find the perfect place to live, make sure their dream home or building is going to look exactly how they want it to before construction starts, help remove stress from planning processes and much more.
When we work with charities, non-profits and social enterprises we feel like those benefits are compounded - we can do good work for an organization that’s doing all they can to make the world a better place. Because of that we’re happy to offer a “good cause” discount to registered charities and non-profits and select social enterprises, aimed at making it more affordable for these organizations to get photorealistic renderings, animations and VR tours for the buildings they will use to promote their message and cause.
Whether you oversee a church, run a men’s shed or recreational center, manage a health facility or public spaces like skate parks (or work on any other projects that do good for humanity) we’ve love to help!
SOME EXAMPLES OF our work with charities and non-profits
We have worked with a wide range of charities and non-profits working to support and promote many different causes.
Below is a list of some of the most common examples of the types of projects we work on, but really we can do renderings for any type of charity or non-profit.
To see more examples of our work or to get a project started, get in touch with us through our contact page, or send us a quote request and tell us about your project and what you’d like to achieve with it.
Make sure to mention you’re a registered charity or non-profit so you can get the discount!
3D Renderings for churches and places of worship
One of the most common types of non-profit client we work with are churches and other religious organizations. These projects are usually quite interesting because they contain a number of different spaces, not only the place of worship, but also cafe areas, child care or Sunday school breakout areas, office areas, restrooms and more.
As well as static 3D renderings, churches and religious organizations may benefit from an animated flythrough video of their new building or renovations as per the Eagle Creek Church animated rendering below.
As well as animated renderings we can also create virtual reality renderings of your place of worship, which is the next best thing to having someone actually in the space prior to construction. Just put on a VR headset and feel what it’s like to be right there in the space.
architectural visualizations for SCHOOLS, COMMUNITY COLLEGES, university of the third age (u3a)
We love education and learning. We feel it’s one of the most important things anyone can aspire to in order to lead a great life, so we’re very happy to have had the chance to work on multiple projects for schools and colleges. Whether you want an exterior to show the school grounds and how it fits into your neighborhood, or interiors of the classrooms, halls or social areas we can help. We can also help redesign your common areas to allow for social distancing requirements due to COVID. We can even include people in the renderings to make them look more realistic!
gyms, YMCAs and recreational centers
Gymnasiums and rec centers can be huge complexes, and it’s important to get the layout just right. One way to do that is with 3D floorplans of your proposed construction or renovations. 3D floorplans show you from the top down how your spaces all work together. They can also include furniture and things like pools and exercise equipment. If you need to make sure you’ll have enough parking to meet council requirements, a top down or external view can help with that too. And if you want to promote your venue while it’s being built so that you get lots of foot traffic when it opens, 3D interior and exterior renderings are perfect for advertising material, as they can be made from architectural plans (unlike photos which can only be taken when the building is complete and ready to go).
Hospitals / Medical facilities
Hospitals and medical facilities can be very complex. Not only can they be very big, including multiple floors, they also require a lot of different spaces, including triage areas and waiting rooms, different types of wards, private rooms, rooms for surgery and tests like x-rays and MRIs and more. 3D renderings for hospitals and medical centers can help you make sure the layout you’re planning will properly accommodate everything that’s required internally. If you’re redesigning wards it can help with bed or equipment allocation. We can also help with exterior designs that show how your proposed development fits into the surrounding streets, so you know that ambulances will have the quickest, most unobstructed route to the emergency rooms and related areas.
Low income housing and homeless shelters
Is it just us, or does low income housing usually look like something straight out of the communist bloc? This is very unfortunate as we don’t believe it needs to be this way. Just because someone does not have a lot of money, doesn’t mean that they need to live in a building that continually reinforces that through how it looks. By working with us we can help your architect create beautiful buildings that people on low incomes will be proud to live in. We have also done a lot of work with tiny houses, which are beginning to be used as temporary (and sometimes long term) housing for homeless people. We can help design tiny house neighborhoods, or realize your designs for innovative spaces that can be used to house homeless people by taking your designs on paper and showing you and your stakeholders what they will look like in reality when they’re built and ready to live in.
disaster recovery or emergency shelters
Similar to low income housing above, we would love to be involved in projects that create innovative housing solutions for disaster recovery or emergency shelter situations, for example, in the case of hurricanes, tsunamis, flooding or other natural disasters that leave many people homeless and in need of safe, dry accommodation. In situations like these where time may be very pressing we can turn around 3D renderings incredibly quickly. We can also assist architects and students working on new forms of emergency housing as they design, test and prototype their ideas to bring them to life.
If you have found yourself in the very sad situation that your house has been damaged or completely destroyed due to a natural disaster, please get in touch and we might be able to help you with a discount for renderings for a new property to try and get you back on your feet.
animal shelters and foster care organizations
Our local animal shelter is huge! It has an opportunity shop, a shop and reception area, a veterinary surgery, a foster care area, a whole lot of offices, and large areas for temporarily housing animals ready for adoption. But the whole thing is a complete maze! Working with us in the early stages of design for animal shelters and foster care organizations can mean the difference between having inefficiently used and confusing spaces, and making the very best use of the space you have. We can help you visualize the overall layout of your space, or the internal areas of your property to make sure the animals you are rescuing have just the right amount of space - all through photorealistic 3D renderings!
ANYTHING OTHER TYPE OF charity or non-profit APPLICATION FOR ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION YOU CAN THINK OF
Whether you need:
planning permission for a new building for your charity or non-profit
to make the most efficient use of space
to see what your proposed building will look like in it’s environment
images for advertising materials or to encourage donations
or for any other reason a 3D rendering could help make your life easier we’d love to help.
