Everything month to say thank you to our awesome clients we like to give away a voucher to what we consider to be the most interesting 3D rendering or architectural visualization of the month.
There are no limits to the entries, we include floorplans, aerial views, interior renderings, exterior renderings, basically we choose a personal favorite out of all the available options to give the voucher too.
This is also a way of showcasing some of our best work. We have a huge team of 3d rendering professionals all around the world. That's why we are able to live up to our name, quoting and delivering your work sometimes before our competitors have even responded to your first email!
We do hundreds (sometimes thousands!) of renderings a month, so it can be pretty tricky sometimes to pick our favorites. We usually look for designs that are a bit of out the ordinary that can showcase the broad range of talent we have at our disposal.
So without further ado, here is a selection of the top 10 architectural visualizations which were our favorites from September, in no particular order. See if you can guess which one got the voucher (hint, you might need to keep reading to the bottom...)!

What we like best about this one is the perspective. With renderings like this you can see how your proposed development will fit into the rest of the landscape. Will it blend in with surrounding houses? Or will it stick out like a sore thumb? Better to know sooner rather than later!
Beautiful, classic. We love the detail in the stonework, balcony, weatherboards. Dibs on the room with the oval window / skylight!
We included this one to show just how realistic our house renderings can be. For example, notice how you can look through the windows on the top storey and see details on the other side of the room. But they're only just visible because of the reflection in the glass? Just like what you'd see in real life if you were standing out the front of this property.
This images included as it gives a great example of how flexible 3d rendering can be. Think you need a flat surface to render a property on? No way! Just like this visualization, houses can be rendered into the side of hills / mountains. We can put mountains in the distance (see top left). We could even render an entire golf course if you wanted with all it's bunkers, greens, watercourses and other interesting features.
We included this one because of its uniqueness in design. This is a fairly standard top down floor plan rendering, right down to details like faucets, clothes hanging in the wardrobe etc. But it just goes to show that no matter how creative you get (two double rooms with ensuites for instance!) we can bring your designs to life in 3D (or virtual reality if you so choose).
Many people would say that for a house like this, the environment outside is just as important as the aesthetic of the house itself. We'd agree! That's why we put a lot of care and attention to detail into the trees, mountains in the background etc. so you can see exactly what your property is going to look like in reality.
Another example of how the environment can really help a piece look realistic. The level of photorealism including light, shadows, texture, even smog on the skyline that can be created in 3d rendering software can be mindblowing!
Can we do interiors? Yes we can. Do they look great? Yes they do! Whether you need photorealistic floorboards, marble, downlights, furniture or other features, we've got you covered.
This house we just love the design. We would be happy to live there, and happy to see it pop up in our neighborhood!
Did you guess right? Yep, this is the voucher winning rendering, thanks to the unique architecture of the building. But also notice the realism of the people on the lawn and path, and of the bridge and buildings in the background. This is our number one pick for best rendering of August.
