As you May already know (see what we did there..? :), every few months we share the most creative and unique client renderings we’ve done. This time we bundled up two months together, showing what we and our great clients have collaborated on in our latest architecture 3d rendering projects.
As always, we want to thank our skillful CAD design team for performing at the top of their capabilities, and always giving their best effort! Side note: Did you know we have the biggest team of 3d rendering experts in North America?
We hope this list inspires our current clients (and also new ones!) to try new things, to always innovate in their building designs and look forward to improving. We feel that this sort of continuous improvement and innovation is hugely important for staying ahead of your industry, and it's something we focus on daily.

We wanted to start the list with a couple of floor plan renderings, we know that these aren’t the most impressive or creative, but they can bring great results when marketing your project.

Floorplan renderings can be very simple, and at the same time conceptually stunning.

We loved the way our client wanted the pool to be the center point of this aerial visualization, and we chose the right angle, illumination and colors to make it stand out, almost like the beautiful blue of an eye.

As part of our ethos every job our CAD designers do aims to be better than the last. Soemtimes it can be hard to believe how gorgeous and photorealistic renderings such as this one is at position #17 can be, but it really shows how competitive our visualizations are in the industry!

Lighting can make all the difference on an exterior rendering, we feel like the position of the sun from the left side gave this house a warm and cozy feeling to it. Notice the details like the tree casting a shadow on the house.

We liked this split-level home with a stone facade a lot, and we felt like it deserved a spot in our list.

But we also love classic and comfortable homes that have a "countryish" feel to them, being colorful and bright, just how a family environment should be :)

Some of our clients have very colorful personalities, and it really shows up when they work with us to come up with bright and beautiful designs filled with color and life. What’s not to love about this outdoor space and the trees in the backyard rendering?

Just imagine the benefits of preseting your architectural project like this. Looking at the image is almost as good as being there. A 2D floorplan, while important for other reasons, can never have the same impact on your investors or buyers as a rendering like this.

When you render a very wide interior space, the difficulty in displaying it in its best light increase, but both we and our client were very happy with the outcome here.

We've just reached the top 5 renderings of the last 2 months, and I'm sure you'd agree, they're stunning. Just look at how alive the city is outside those windows, and how light and shadow interacts inside the space on the different textures and colors!

Some clients believe that matching the color schemes in their building architecture so they're in harmony with the garden is really important, and we think they're right! Through lots of experience we've seen that the best renderings merge harmoniously with their environment, improving the overall quality and aesthetic of both the building and the beautiful garden landscapes.

This was our favorite rendering of may, it had a tropical flavor we couldn't ignore and we completely loved it! But it couldn't compete with the level of quality and detail that June's #1 had...
And finally #1!
Shadows: that's what took this design straight to our #1 spot. Our client and designer took this amazing work of architecture and made it feel mysterious and alive at the same time. And if you're wondering, no, that's not easy to do! :)
