What makes render 3D quick different from other companies?

Our team of professionals work to understand our clients’ needs fully before taking on a project to ensure we are a good fit for you. We won't take on your project if we don't think our work will have a very positive ROI for you. We have decades of combined experience and we understand that entire projects can depend on the quality renderings and models that we create.

While we usually work with architects, developers, builders, contractors, real estate professionals, and interior designers – we welcome anyone that has a need for our services to contact us. For instance, we absolutely love working with homeowners who are planning for new construction or renovating their current home. We have experience working on residential, commercial, office and development projects of all sizes, so we are confident that we can handle any project scope professionally and produce excellent results.

DO YOU HAVE A Satisfaction GUARANTEE?

Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with our work for any reason just let us know and we'll promptly provide immediate customer service to discuss the best way to resolve your issue. Usually the solution is simply making a few changes to the renderings to get them exactly how you want them. We will discuss the best option that is fair for both parties involved and if a full or partial refund is in order then we have no problem with that. We want our customers to use us for all their 3D architectural rendering needs, and we want them to tell their friends and colleagues about our services. We know the only way that will happen is if we provide superior service so that you are 100% satisfied!

How does the payment process work?

To start any project we ask for a 50% deposit paid via a credit card (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX) using a payment link which will be included in your quote. Simply click on that payment button and make your 50% deposit. If you’re having trouble adding up the cost of your project, no problem! Call us and ask for help adding it up. We’ll guide you through the math and answer any questions about the rendering(s) you are ordering.

Once the project is complete and the renderings are delivered, we ask for the 50% balance to be paid. Note that if we do not receive the balance payment or a response within a timely manner, the same credit card that was used to pay the 50% deposit may also be charged for the 50% balance. This is only done on rare occasions and only to clients who become non-responsive when it comes time to pay for their project. In other words, we only do this with clients who leave us with no other option and who are looking to get their project done for 1/2 price, if that makes sense (Start project, pay 50% deposit, complete project, then go MIA so they don’t have to pay the 50% balance). For this reason, sometimes we will watermark images with our logo at 10% opacity (transparency) and get approval on the image that way. Once the image is approved with the watermark, we will ask for the balance payment. Once the balance is paid, the watermark will be removed and sent. Don’t worry, if you need more changes after the balance payment is made, we are happy to assist with further changes needed.

how many revisions do i get?

Included in our pricing is 2 versions of your rendering. We the 1st rendering based on the information you provide us such as drawings, plans, sketches, pictures or any other information that is important to your project. We submit the 1st version to you for review and you and your team are free to mark it up and comment back for changes which we will make at no extra charge.

We then render the 2nd version including the change requests you sent us. Usually the 2nd version is the final version as we've made the changes you've requested. If there are minor changes required after this it's usually not a problem to make them and re-render a 3rd time but sometimes there are extra charges required depending on how drastic the changes are i.e. the floor plan layout changes, further furniture changes, exterior color changes etc. It's important to have the final drawings and designs chosen before going into rendering so that the 2nd version we create is very close to what you need it to look like.

What if i need to print the rendering(s) very large?

Our standard renderings are sized to print on 8.5" x 11" or use on the web. Anything larger is considered a "large format rendering" and may require extra charges. The reason is because rendering an image takes hours. We need to know that you want your rendering in a larger size at the start of the project in order to properly price your renderings.

Sometimes, if we're rendering an image for a billboard 4' x 8' it can take over 200 hours to create depending on the image. For this reason we may need to charge extra for the extra hours we are spending on your image.

In order to create a large format rendering, all we need to know is the size you're planning on printing it. For example, you tell us you want to print it on a 24" x 36" poster. We will provide you with an image you can send to your printer to print at this size.

We do not print any renderings as the cost of shipping them to our customers globally would be expensive. For this reason, it is most cost effective to you to send our image to a local printer to you and have them print your rendering, avoiding the shipping charges.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR 3D floor plan RENDERINGS COST?

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

In addition to your contact and billing information, you'll need to provide us with CAD or PDF files of your 2D floor plans. If you do not have 2D drawings of your floorplans we can work with you to produce your renderings from a sketch, provided all necessary dimensions are included. In addition we'll also need any custom textures, colors, or finishings you'd like included in your rendering. After you place your order one of our professional team will contact you to gather all the necessary information needed to produce you rendering. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

In some cases we can turnaround 3D floor plans in as little as 24 to 48 hours, however it depends on the quality of rendering you are ordering. 3D floor plan renderings with custom colours, textures, and finishings will take longer. HOW MUCH DO YOUR 3D INTERIOR RENDERINGS COST?

Our 3D interior renderings are custom designed based on your requirements. As such, pricing will vary depending on the level of detail you require. To get a free quote simply call us or complete our online quote request form.

HOW LONG will it take to get them?

Our 3D interior renderings can be delivered in as little as 24 to 48 hours, however depending on the scope of your requirements some renderings may take a few days. WHAT should I PROVIDE TO GET the process started?

In order for us to create a 3D interior rendering we require AutoCAD drawings or a sketch showing sizes and dimensions of the room(s) you would like rendered. We'll also need the colors and textures you would like us to apply to the different items in your rendering. You can also send us pictures of the colors and textures you would like used. This will enable us to apply the texture to your rendering making it look even more realistic. After you order your renderings one of our professional team will contact you to gather all necessary information.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR 3D ANIMATIONS COST?

Our 3D architectural animations vary in price depending on a number of factors such as the source files being provided, the level of quality desired, and the length of the animation. To get an accurate price, please contact us or request a quote online.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY ARCHITECTURAL visualization ANIMATION?

We complete most 3D architectural visualisation animations in approximately 30 days. It depends on your requirements. If you require a short animation it may be delivered in less than 30 days. If you require a long animation it may take longer than 30 days. To get an approximate timeframe for your project please contact us.

ARCHITECTURAL MODELS

HOW MUCH DO YOUR 3D printed MODELS COST?

Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with a standard price list as each project varies in scope and scale. While traditional handcrafted models can cost tens of thousands of dollars, our 3D models usually cost a fraction of that.  To receive a free custom quote simply contact us and one of our representatives will be happy to provide you with a price based on your requirements.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY 3D printed ARCHITECTURAL MODEL?

For smaller more basic 3D models we can typically have your model to you within a couple weeks. Larger projects may exceed a month depending on the scope of the project and the detailing required.

HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY MODEL TO ME?

Your 3D model will be packed to ensure it is not damaged during shipping. We'll work with you to determine the best shipping options based on your time requirements, budget, and needs. We'll provide you with shipping options when we provide you with your quote.
